Stations at outposts have dynamic train limit that changes between 1 and 4 depending on how full the chests are in given station. You can easily have 8 inserters per wagon unloading into 8 chests, 8 splitters and then merging into 2 belts per wagon. Each unload station has its own dedicated trains and mine outpost.
