Typically when we go out to gamble I end up always in Reno at the Peppermill just because my dollar goes so much further. Vdara doesn’t have its own casino, and only minimal restaurants, but is super-convenient to Aria (and Bellagio). Question about staying at the Vdara. Recently stayed in a suite at vdara and had a killer view of the Bellagio Fountains. Honestly, it did a bit. It's very expensive, if you have to ask how things cost, then your staying at the wrong hotel. I was thinking either parking at Aria, walking to Vdara, or parking at Bellagio, walking to Vdara. I also have the Panoramic suite I could upgrade to for $25 a night. It's for a 1-bedroom penthouse suite at the Vdara June 18-22. It is an easy walk to Aria, Cosmo, and Bellagio. Vdara is nice from a bigger room perspective but if you want to gamble you’ll be going to Park MGM anyway. I booked just to lock in my dates. Vdara is valet only for the attached parking so if you want to park yourself you’ll be parking at Aria and walking across to Aria and through the casino. I love the party scene of Vegas, but when I walk into my hotel I want peace and quiet and that is exactly what you get at the Vdara. If the outside noise level at Cosmopolitan or Bellagio have not deterred you when you stayed there, then neither will you be affected by such noises heard while at Vdara, IMO. Base room is a studio which is like twice the size of Aria and Bellagio, and it's located between the two hotels which is quite convenient. Since it doesn’t have a casino, Vdara is non-smoking. I like that Vdara is more chill, the rooms have kitchenettes, and the location between Aria and Bellagio and near to Cosmo. Yeah they only have one bar for food options (and the pool isn't great, though it's been quiet every time I've gone), you're like a five minute walk from bellagio/aria/cosmo. As Vdara is an MGM property you have access to self-parking or valet at any MGM property which brings me to my only real gripe. Delano might be another option, though its location sucks, the rooms are great and fairly affordable.
